CWSGA 2015 National Tournament

93rd NATIONAL TOURNAMENT New Brunswick We are pleased to announce our 93rd National Tournament to be held September 8 -12 2015 at the Algonquin Resort in Saint Andrews by the Sea recognized as one of "The 10 Most Beautiful Towns in Canada". The hotel has gone through a multi-million dollar renovation and we are thrilled with the results. Driving directions from Saint John Airport will be included in your package along with full details of the Tournament Schedule. The New Brunswick and National Executive are looking forward to hosting our Ontario and Quebec members. We will be accepting 128 applications for the Stableford and Stroke Play competition. Please return your tournament registration to Cherie Henry before June 24th and book your accommodation directly with the Algonquin Resort using the attached registration form.   There will be no refunds after August 1st 2015. On behalf of the National President Jennie Duncan, the New Brunswick President Sandra Pustowka and the Tournament Chair Heather Neilson we are looking forward to renewing our friendships in Saint Andrews by the Sea. Florida Satellite Results

Just a short note to report that the 2nd Annual Satellite Tournament was an outstanding success.  We had a wonderful sunny warm day at the Club at Renaissance on Monday, Feb. 23. The cocktail party/dinner at Suzanne Miles' house was a real hit where 60 ladies attended and 65 ladies played golf the next day.  We all enjoyed the food and seeing one another again. The results are as follows:   Low gross - Debbie Court won in a scorecard playoff of 79.  Coleen Phillips tied with a 79. First low gross was Ruth Grathwohl winning with a scorecard playoff of 68. 2nd place - Marilyn Moore also with a 68.  3rd place - Judy Keefe with a scorecard playoff of 69 4th place - Bonnie Pattee also 69.   We had 4 closest to the pins with 2 holes in one by Coleen Phillips and Carolyn Smith.  The other 2 were Barbara Flam and Denise Burpee.
